Properly brewing puerh tea ball allows you to experience its finest taste and flavor, making it an enjoyable process as well.
Prepare the following items: tea ball, Gaiwan, fairness pitcher (Gong Dao Bei), tasting cup, and boiling water.
Place the tea ball into the Gaiwan, pour in boiling water (100°C), and wait for 30 seconds to let it absorb water. Then discard the rinse water.
Pour in boiling water again, wait for 15 seconds until the tea loosens. Then discard the rinse water.
Pour in boiling water again, steep for 5–10 seconds, pour into the fairness pitcher, then into the tasting cup. Now it’s ready to enjoy!
Place the tea ball into the Gaiwan, pour in boiling water (100°C), and wait for 20 seconds to let it absorb water. Then discard the rinse water.
Pour in boiling water again, wait for 10 seconds until the tea loosens. Then discard the rinse water.
