Please understand that slight damage to tea leaves usually does not affect their drinking quality. However, if the tea leaves are severely damaged (such as large-scale breakage or fragmentation), we will offer compensation of up to 50% voucher of the tea's price based on the actual situation.

Please note that damage to the shipping packaging is not covered by compensation.

If teaware is found to be damaged or completely broken during transportation, you can choose either a replacement or a full refund.
