For Tea:

Please understand that slight damage to tea leaves usually does not affect their drinking quality. However, if the tea leaves are severely damaged (such as large-scale breakage or fragmentation), we will offer compensation of up to 50% of the tea's price based on the actual situation.

Please note that damage to the shipping packaging is not covered by compensation.

For Teaware:

If teaware is found to be defective, damaged, or completely broken during transportation, you can choose either a replacement or a full refund.
