Shipping
We currently ship mainly to the US, Canada, UK and Australia from our warehouse in China.
The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight, volume, and delivery address, with the amount displayed at checkout being final. When you place an order, please take into account the possibility for delays.
Tracking
Once your order is fulfiled, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and anestimated delivery time. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please check if it landed in your junk folder.

Customs & Duties
By default, you don't need to pay any taxes when receiving the parcel, as they are already included in the shipping fees, in order to enhance your shopping experience and simplify the process.
