Humidity
The humidity of the storage environment should be maintained between 50% and 70%. Excessive humidity can cause the tea to deteriorate, while low humidity may make the tea overly dry.
Avoid Light
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can damage the molecular structure of Pu-erh tea. Therefore, it should be stored in a dark environment.
Avoid Odors
Pu-erh tea has strong absorptive properties. It should be kept away from items with strong odors, as these smells can be absorbed by the tea, compromising its natural aroma and flavor.
